This bundled package includes a gatefold advertisement in the fair catalogue and an Enhanced Online Promotion service. The Enhanced Online Promotion service allows exhibitors to maximise multi-channel marketing opportunities to key buyers worldwide by posting company information and 30 product photos at the fair website (http://www.hktdc.com/hkwatchfair) and tdctrade.com sourcing (www.hktdc.com) for 12 months.

Remarks:

1. A total of two "Fair Catalogue Gatefold Advertising Space & Enhanced Online Promotion" bundled packages will be offered to exhibitors. Over-subscribed packages will be assigned by ballot. In case of any dispute, HKTDC reserves the right to make the final decision.
   
2. Existing tdctrade.com sourcing advertisers will receive an additional 30 photo positions.
   
3. Production cost incurred as a result of advertising material being supplied in an incorrect format will be charged to the advertiser.
   
4. All advertisers are advised to ensure the film submitted is in order as no colour-proof will be provided for approval.
   
5. The promotional packages are only available to exhibitors with products that directly relate to the concerned industry of the Fair.
   
6. HKTDC has absolute discretion in the allocation of the promotional packages and of the location of advertising spaces, and it reserves the right to reject any application.
   
7. Deadline for submission of film: August 2009. Film submitted after deadline will not be included.
